We have a traditional show today. We are getting super serious about coaching topics the starting today and the next couple of episodes. We are giving you tons of tips to help you train better and race faster this year!
Before we get into the interview with Melissa, let's catch up with Bill Plock and Khem Suthiwan of 303 Triathlon. 303 Triathlon and 303 Cycling are your resource for news and information on triathlon, cycling and yes even running in Colorado.
Thanks to last week's guests Rachel Joyce and Jamie Twedt for joining us last week to talk about Jamie's partnership with Women for Tri and Ironman Foundation to raise $40k on her journey to the Ironman World Championship this October. Special thanks to Cleo at Health IQ for helping support Jamie by turning your smarts into a donation to Women For Tri on behalf of Jamie. If you have not taken the quiz yet, get yourself out to the MHE website and go to the Blog and start the quiz. The first quiz takers earned Jamie $25 per quiz. We've probably reached the $200 goal but you can still take the quiz and go help Jamie reach her goal.
