Thanks to last week's guest Todd Plymale Mallory to talk about how to keep yourself safe on the road and avoid getting hit.
It's another very busy week of endurance. There's a ton going on this weekend. There are literally five triathlon races this weekend in Colorado. http://www.runningintheusa.com/Race/List.aspx?Rank=Upcoming&Special=triathlon&State=CO&Page=1
Lake to Lake, Tri the Boat, Tribella, Boulder Sunrise, South Suburban TRYathlon, and Tri On The Plains
Plus, there are lots of big rides like the MS150 and http://www.hauteroute.org/
With all of the racing going on and so many folks doing their first open water swims, we thought it would be helpful to bring you a couple of interviews on open water swimming that may be good reviews for folks trying to get comfortable in open water swimming. We pulled out some interviews on wetsuit selection and fit with Liz Whitfield-Sharpe and open water swimming with Michael Mann of SwimLabs.
Before we get into the interviews let's catch up with Bill Plock and Khem Suthiwan of 303 Triathlon.
303 Triathlon and 303 Cycling are your resource for news and information on triathlon and cycling in Colorado. 303Radio is your news podcast for triathlon and cycling. Be sure to go to 303Triathlon to see all of last weekend's great coverage of Ironman boulder.
